We allow you 2 payment options for your booking:
We will provide you with reminders to complete the payment to the email specified in the order. If the order payment is provided by you in full, we will provide the order according to the terms of your order. If you decide to cancel the order and/or not provide the full payment, your order will be cancelled. In any case, no refund will be provided for the reservation fees of 50 NIS.
You can pay for your order in up to 12 payments [=installments], when up to 3 payments no payment fee will be added. From 4 to 12 payments, a payment fee will be added which will be displayed before making the payment.
It is clarified that every transaction that is carried out with the company is, according to the permit transaction of Bank Hapoalim.

In the event of a change and/or cancellation of an order, the cancellation/change fees apply in accordance with the conditions set forth in the Consumer Protection Law in Sections 14C, 14C1, 14C2 regarding distance selling, or in the Consumer Protection Regulations (cancellation of a transaction) regarding regular selling, and briefly as follows:
According to consumer protection laws, a customer may cancel the transaction in writing, within 14 days from the date of making the transaction or from the date of receipt of the document containing the details, whichever is later, unless the date of cancellation of the transaction falls within 7 days that are not days of rest prior to the start of the distance selling service or 14 Days that are not days of rest before the start date of the service in normal sales, and provided that the services are not provided in full abroad.
In services that are fully provided abroad, you can choose between offers with a right of cancellation that meets the legal requirement and offers with a different cancellation policy according to the provider's conditions, therefore the determining conditions are the cancellation conditions as detailed in the offer only.
In any case, cancellation will be made in writing via email, a contact us message on the website, fax or letter, where the determining date is the beginning of the business day following the receipt of the document by the company. If any of the passengers are interested in any of the additional services offered at the accommodation, they will have to pay for them directly at the accommodation.
Before making the reservation, you are required to check the level, rating and quality of the accommodation and the selected room. If they do not satisfy your desire, you are invited to perform a new search. We will not be held responsible for any complaint regarding everything done at the accommodation itself, including: the level of the accommodation, the quality of the meals, the provision of the service, the arrangement of the rooms, the attitude of the employees, the quality of the room, the level of cleanliness, etc.
When making a reservation, and only according to the room conditions that appear at the time of reservation, it will be possible to make special arrangements for children traveling together with adults in the reservation. We will not be held responsible for any malfunction due to failure to pay attention to the room conditions for children, and if necessary, the customer will have to arrange these conditions and costs directly with the accommodation.
Making a reservation for 3 adults in a room will be subject to the options offered on the website only. There may be additional costs for adding a bed to a double room. And everything will be subject to the decision and approval of the accommodation.
The site is intended for private travelers. Therefore, the authorized bookings are for private travelers only, and bookings for more than 8 rooms in the same accommodation and on the same dates may not be made. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without refund, if we suspect that an unauthorized reservation with multiple rooms has been made and/or if we suspect that a reservation has been made for more than 8 rooms in separate reservations.

The hotel service category varies according to the laws of each country. It is possible that the type of services provided in a hotel in a certain country will be different from the services provided in another country, even though both appear under the same category. You are required to take care for yourself and for all the passengers in the reservation for all the relevant permits required to reach the requested destination according to the laws of that country, including: identification documents, medical documents, visa, entry visa, passport, proof of guardianship, legal documents, various permits, etc. We will not be held responsible for any case in which any of the guests will not be allowed to travel and/or enter a certain country and/or the accommodation due to the inability to present these documents.
The site provides hotels and accommodation properties in every country in the world, but we are not responsible for restrictions in the various hotels and/or properties in certain countries towards guests who present an ID and/or passport of a certain nationality. The customer must be aware at the time of booking that there are hotels that do not allow people of a certain nationality to enter their territory or present a different price list according to the citizenship documents, which may even change from time to time.
In any case and/or malfunction due to non-acceptance of customers to the accommodation due to their citizenship, we will do everything in our power to find an alternative and provide a solution to the situation, but we do not undertake and/or bear responsibility for this.
All the information and/or the details and/or the pictures and/or the content and/or the descriptions and/or the prices on the website are provided to us by the various service providers and accommodation places and we mediate between the information and the customer.
